Refund & Cancellation Policy

PrepAtlas is operated by Anirudh Vaka as an individual founder under the brand name PrepAtlas. This policy applies to all paid plans and passes purchased on PrepAtlas.
Digital product
PrepAtlas passes are digital subscriptions that give you immediate access to study content, practice questions, and features. Because access is granted immediately on purchase, we follow a limited refund policy as described below.
Refund eligibility
Refunds are available in the following cases:
- Technical failure: You were charged but did not receive access to the features you paid for, due to a technical error on our side.
- Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same plan in the same billing period.
Refunds are not provided for:
- Change of mind after access has been granted.
- Partial use of a subscription period.
- Exam result outcomes (PrepAtlas does not guarantee exam results).
- Dissatisfaction with content quality — please report errors to support@prepatlas.in and we will resolve them.
Cancellation process
You can cancel your auto-renewing subscription at any time from your profile settings. Cancellation stops future charges; you retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refund is issued for the remaining period.
How to request a refund
To request a refund for an eligible case, email support@prepatlas.in with:
- Your registered email address
- The plan or pass you purchased
- The date and amount of the charge
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay and typically reflect in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment method.
